What is the deadline for registration?
Early bird rates are available from now until 30 April 2025, at 11:59pm PST. Regular rates will take into effect 1 May 2025, 12:00am PST. Onsite registration will be available.

What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations received prior to 11:59pm PST, 30 April 2025, registration fees will be refunded less a service charge of $50.00 CAD.
For cancellations received after 30 April 2025, and prior to 11:59 PST, 16 July 2025, there will be a 50% refund will be given. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
The registration can be transferred to another person for an administrative service charge of $50.00 CAD per registration. Deadline for registration transfers: 11:59 PST, 16 July 2025.

How can I make changes to my registration?
Email info@icc2025.com with your changes. There is an administrative service fee of $50.00 CAD per registration will be charged for every registration modification, including a name change.

What are the details of the senior registration?
Senior registration rates are available for attendees aged 65 and older. To qualify for the discount, proof of age is required at registration on-site via a government-issued ID. Accepted forms of identification include a driver's license, passport, or any other official government ID that includes your date of birth.

What are the requirements for student registration?
To qualify for student registration rates, attendees must upload a letter from their school registrar or professor. This letter should indicate that they are a current student for the year 2025. Please ensure the letter is on official school letterhead and includes your name and student status.

What is an industry ticket?
An industry ticket is exclusively available to sponsors and technical exhibitors who are confirmed partners of the ICC 2025. If you are a confirmed partner, you will receive instructions on how to register your industry tickets.
